Mushroom Garlic Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 8 minced garlic cloves
  • 8 ounces whole bella mushroom
  • Half a cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of soft cream cheese
  • A quarter cup of grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Half a teaspoon of onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley to decorate

PREPARATION:

  1. Rinse & clean the mushrooms & pat dry
  2. Melt the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until browned about 5-7 minutes
  4. Add the garlic cream cream cheese Parmesan onion powder and oregano and cook for 5 – 10 minutes until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  5. Salt & pepper to taste
  6. Garnish with freshly parsley & serving
