Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 8 minced garlic cloves
- 8 ounces whole bella mushroom
- Half a cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of soft cream cheese
- A quarter cup of grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- Half a teaspoon of onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley to decorate
PREPARATION:
- Rinse & clean the mushrooms & pat dry
- Melt the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned about 5-7 minutes
- Add the garlic cream cream cheese Parmesan onion powder and oregano and cook for 5 – 10 minutes until the sauce is thick and creamy.
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Garnish with freshly parsley & serving
