Rotel hot dogs over Cajun fries

Ingredients:

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cajun seasoning (to taste)
  • 1 bag of frozen French fries

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the French Fries:
      • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the French fries package.

    • Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven until they are crispy and golden brown.
  2. Cook the Hot Dogs:
    • While the fries are baking, grill or pan-fry the hot dogs until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  3. Prepare the Rotel Mixture:
    • In a small saucepan, heat the can of Rotel over medium heat until it’s warmed through.
    • Season the Rotel mixture with Cajun seasoning to taste. You can adjust the amount depending on how spicy you like it.
  4. Assemble the Dish:
    • Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving dish.
    • Put each grilled hot dog into a bun and place them over the Cajun fries.
    • Spoon the warm Rotel mixture over the hot dogs and fries.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of everything.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve immediately while everything is hot and the cheese is melted.
    • Enjoy your Rotel hot dogs over Cajun fries!
