- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the shrimp:
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the seasoning mixture.
Arrange on a baking sheet:
Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not crowded to ensure even cooking.
Roast the shrimp:
Roast the shrimp in the
preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, as they can become tough and rubbery.
Add some freshness:
Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Toss gently to coat.
Garnish and Serve:
Transfer shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
