My little cousin calls this “grown-up pudding,” but honestly? It’s the easiest way to crush a sweet craving without wrecking your points. It’s thick, creamy, and feels like something you shouldn’t be allowed to eat on W-W — but you totally can.
🧁 Ingredients (Makes 6 servings — 2–3 points each)
I kept the creaminess but lightened all the heavy stuff:
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (instead of the block of cream cheese)
- ½ cup light or fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet sugar-free pudding mix (cheesecake, vanilla, or chocolate — all work!)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup cold water
- 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener, optional (if you like it sweeter)
Optional toppings (adds ~1 point):
- A little Reddi-wip Fat Free
- 1 chopped strawberry
🍓 Instructions
- Beat the yogurt and light cream cheese together until super smooth.
- Add the pudding mix and sweetener.
- Slowly pour in the almond milk and water while blending (so it doesn’t splash everywhere!).
- Mix for 2–3 minutes until thick, creamy, and fluffy.
- Divide into 6 dessert cups and chill for at least 30 minutes.
💛 W-W Points (Current Unified System)
- Without toppings: 2–3 points per serving
- With Reddi-wip + 1 strawberry: Add 1 point
