Spiced turkey mince makes a tasty topping for these shortcut pizzas
Ingredients
- Calorie controlled cooking spray
- 4 spray(s) Turkey Breast Mince, raw
- 400 g Spring Onions
- 4 medium, sliced Garlic
- 1 clove(s), finely chopped Red pepper(s)
- ½ medium, deseeded and diced Tomato
- 2 large, roughly chopped Paprika
- ½ teaspoons, level Ground Cumin
- ½ teaspoons, level Coriander, Dried
- ½ teaspoons, level Mint, Fresh
- 2 tablespoons Plain Flatbread
- 140 g Fat Free Natural Yogurt
- 75 g Tahini paste (Sesame paste)
- 1 teaspoons Sumac
- ½ teaspoons, level Pomegranate 40 g
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mist a pan with cooking spray, put over a high heat and cook the turkey for 5 minutes. Add the spring onions, garlic, pepper, tomatoes and spices and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir in half the mint and season to taste.
- Gently unfold the flatbreads and put onto a baking sheet. Top with the mince mixture and bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, tahini, sumac (if using) and half the remaining mint. Serve the pizzas topped with the pomegranate seeds, tahini sauce and remaining mint
