So here’s what I’ve made tonight!
Victoria sponge cake
200g SR flour
200g caster sugar
200g Stork
3 eggs
Tsp baking powder
Splash of milk
Cooked on bake for 35 mins 140 degs then finished off for 5 mins on 150
Decorated with jam and buttercream
