Air Fryer Asiago Cheese Bagels
Description
Air Fryer Asiago Cheese Bagels is my copycat bagel recipe from Panera Bread, it’s one of my family’s favorites, so I wanted to make a batch during the summer!
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
Instructions
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, yogurt, and ½ cup of cheese.
-
Use a wooden spoon to combine.
-
Lightly flour your surface and lightly knead the dough.
-
Form into a round, and cut into four pieces.
-
Working with one piece at a time, roll each into a 5- to 7-inch rope, then pinch ends together to form a circle.
-
Place a parchment round in my air fryer, but you don’t have to.
-
Place the bagels into your air fryer (don’t let them touch, so you may have to do 2 batches)
-
Top the bagels evenly with the remaining cheese.
-
Air fry at 350 F, air fryer setting, for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness.
-
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
