- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Sausage:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground turkey or chicken sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened light cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fill the Wontons:
- Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
- Bake the Wontons:
- Place the filled wontons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- **Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the wontons are golden and crispy.
