Instructions:
- Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mixing the Dough:

- Cooking the Flatbread:
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add a portion of the rolled-out dough to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining portions of dough, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
- Garlic Butter Topping:
- In a small saucepan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Finishing Touches:
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the cooked flatbreads.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and salt flakes or sea salt.
- Slice and serve warm.
