Ingredients:

1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)
1/2 cup coconut milk (from a can, full-fat)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons powdered sugar substitute (like Stevia or erythritol)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Unsweetened cocoa powder, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts for coating (optional)

Instructions:

In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut milk. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or by heating in short intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

Once melted, stir in the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
