Homemade Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Description

These delightful Chocolate Peanut Clusters are the ultimate sweet and salty treat. Made with just two main ingredients, they are incredibly easy to whip up with no baking required. The rich, smooth melted chocolate pairs perfectly with the satisfying crunch of roasted peanuts, making them a fantastic homemade gift, party snack, or quick dessert fix.

Ingredients

  • Peanuts: 2 cups (roasted and salted, or unsalted depending on your preference)

  • Chocolate: 12 oz (approx. 2 cups) of chocolate chips or melting wafers (milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate)

  • Optional add-in: A pinch of sea salt for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl (heated in 30-second intervals, stirring in between), melt your chocolate completely until smooth.

  2. Combine with Peanuts: Pour the roasted peanuts directly into the warm, melted chocolate. Stir thoroughly until every peanut is evenly coated.

  3. Scoop onto a Sheet: Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Use a spoon to drop bite-sized clusters of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the parchment paper.

  4. Set and Cool: Allow the clusters to cool and harden completely at room temperature, or place the tray in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to speed up the setting process.

  5. Serve or Store: Once firm, peel them off the parchment paper and enjoy, or store them in an airtight container!
