  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup sliced onions
