Pumpkin Protein Bundt Cakes

These little Bundt cakes provide all the fall flavor you need at only 2 W/W points each ! They’re made with kodiak cakes mix, canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spices, and dvash organics natural date sugar. These are a must try if you’re trying to eat healthier.

Ingredients

  • *2 eggs
  • *1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • *1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • *11/2 teaspoon chai extract
  • *3/4 cup pure pumpkin
  • *1 1/2 cup kodiak cakes mix
  • *1 teaspoon baking powder
  • *1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Topping:
  • *1 Tbsp light butter melted
  • *1/2 tablespoon @dvashorganics date
  • sugar
  • *1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Baked at 350° for about 16 minutes.

  3. The pan is Nordic Ware. Most people make 12 smaller muffins for 1 pt each… but I like the bigger cake version. Feels more fancy.
