Sugar-Free Greek Yogurt Jello Cups


  • 1 package (0.3 oz) sugar-free Jello (choose your favorite flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • Optional: Sweetener of your choice (if you prefer a sweeter taste)


  1. Dissolve the sugar-free Jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the Jello mixture and stir well.
