Start by cooking the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with Cajun seasoning and add them to the skillet. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and add the shrimp. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Once the cream is simmering, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta, Cajun shrimp, and steak strips to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta and meat are well coated in the sauce.
Serve the Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
