Easy Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

These easy Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs are just another way to get your day started out the easy way. All you need is 3 ingredients and an air-fryer safe pan to cook them in.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon (7 g) butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Prevent your screen from going dark

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the butter in an air-fryer-safe pot on 300°F(150°C) until melted, about 2 minutes.
  • While the butter is melting, crack the eggs into a bowl and season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Whisk together.
  • Add the egg mixture to the pot and cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Open the air fryer and stir the eggs with a spatula.
  • Cook for another 3 minutes, then stir the eggs again. Continue cooking in 1-2 minute increments until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
  • NOTES
  • Don’t leave the eggs in the pot for more than 3 minutes at a time without stirring or they might burn.
  • Every air fryer cooks differently, so it’s best to check the eggs every few minutes. There’s no hard and fast rule about cooking times for this recipe, but it will take between 6 and 9 minutes to fully cook the eggs.
  • You can add shredded cheese if you want near the end of the cooking time.
  • All air fryers have different wattage and may cook at different rates. You may need to adjust the time or temp for the best results.
