Step-by-Step Instructions

Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir in the mashed ripe bananas.

Combine Dry Ingredients: Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined without overmixing.

Fill the Mold: Spoon the batter evenly into the compartments of a greased mini loaf baking pan, as shown in the top image.

Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the tops are golden brown.
