Homemade Chicken, Potatoes, and Spinach with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup fat-free half-and-half or low-fat milk

  1. Preheat the Oven:
